Individual Therapy: 50 minute session - $150
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for those that qualify. Rates will be determined at the time of the initial consultation phone call.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance. However, if requested, I can provide an invoice, also known as a “superbill,” which can be submitted to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine if this is an option for you.
Accepted methods of payment
Payments are due at each session. Cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, flexible spending accounts (FSA), and health savings accounts (HSA) are all accepted forms of payment. A credit/debit card is required on your file before you begin services.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Cancellation Policy
I require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments to avoid full payment of the missed session.
For any scheduling issues, you may contact me by telephone or email.
